I offer 24/7 support availability, including weekends and public holidays. Actual shift times are arranged based on your Service Agreement and my current roster at the time of booking.
Calling hours for new enquiries are 8am–6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am–4pm on weekends. Current clients may contact me outside these hours if needed.
